Stargazing Locations near Pondicherry

Hi All,
I got introduced to Astronomy thanks to my son’s (7 years) interest in it. So we just bought him a new Telescope & looking to learn from people in this group.

We are making a trip to Pondicherry next week & wanted to check if there are any good & Safe spots to Stargaze near Pondicherry?

Hi,

You could try some resorts in the Kalpakkam - Marakkanam area.

I wouldn’t recommend setting up on the beach because many of our people have had bad experiences.
