Please fill the form with as much details as possible. The venue will be disclosed to selected participants alone for the sake of privacy and safety. However, please be assured that the venue has clean restrooms and there are a couple of rooms where you can sleep/freshen up if needed.
As always, all costs will be split equally. This includes evening snacks, dinner, and two rooms that are available to take small breaks. We expect it to be around 1500 per head for adults and 1000 per head for children below 12.
