This was shot from my terrace in Chennai a couple of days ago (Bortle 7+) I shot this early in the morning around 4am hence i had an hour to photograph these objects. Initially I tried to capture the whole constellation, but the photo was cropped due to light pollution. The photo shows the Great Orion Nebula and the Horsehead and Flame nebulae, and if you look close enough you can see M78 on the top left corner.
- Canon 600D, Canon 28-80 mm lens (28mm), Sky-Watcher star adventurer
- Settings: 30" Shutter speed, ISO 100, F/4
- Stacked and preprocessing in SIRIL. GIMP for basic postprocessing.
