I’m much new to astronomy and I’ve recently purchased a 8” GSO DOB.
Though I understand the basics, I would really love to learn more about using the equipment and observing the deep sky.
Anyone who is interested to teach in and around chennai would be great!

Check out this great course. It is online, but will teach you a lot of things. It costed 1800 Rupees only when I took it on January. If you contact them, they will let you know when the next batch is. The value quotient for money is extreme. The recordings, and many other video materials are available for future self learning also. The teacher is called Neeraj Ladia, and he is really a great teacher, and astronomer.
