Explorer scientific firstlight

What all can i see with explorer scientific firstlight 150/650eq3 with my vivo y22 manual tracking what planets and deepsky images

Hi @HariRam , IMO, if you are a beginner, you should start with visual before jumping into Astrophotography. Astrophotography requires different equipment. The one you mentioned may have good optics but the mount may not be sturdy enough, especially at highER foal lengths.

My suggestion would b to start with a Dobsonian telescope.

Sorry for distributing u if i asked more questions i just want to make my money worthful . Pls help me sir

If you are only looking to do visual astronomy, I wouldn’t recommend getting a telescope with an equatorial mount right now. This is because even though it sounds wonderful that the object is always centred in your FOV, setting up an EQ mount is an involved process, and the mounts provided with the EQ telescopes you have listed above, are manual and also have a reputation for being flimsy.

This one is listed at Rs 40,000 as of now on Space Arcade. For that money, you can get an 8 inch dobsonian, which offers the most aperture per rupee, and also has a very sturdy and easy to use dobsonian mount, with a superior crayford focuser.

However, if you are just starting out, and this is going to be your first optical instrument to stargaze, I would recommend getting a 7x50 binocular (or similar), as it offers a wide field of view and multiple DSOs to observe.
