After Some years of Stargazing using Small Binoculars, I am now planning to get my First Telescope. Maximum Budget Planned is 30k. In addition to Exploring Visual Astronomy, I would like to Learn and Explore Astrophotography Too.Should I go with a DOB or EQ? Need Help.

Equatorial mounts are needed for doing astrophotography to make sure there is no trailing/field rotation in the images. However, these are quite expensive. My suggestion would be to decide what you really want to do.
For 30k, you will get 6 inch dobsonian reflectors. With enough patience, you can take reasonably good photos of planets. Personally, I would suggest saving a bit more and getting an 8 inch scope.
