Hi all,

We are planning to host this beginners’ workshop on visual astronomy this May 10. It will be from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. This will happen in a cafe or a place in Chennai.

A second follow-up session to this will happen along with our star party in May.

We can accommodate only 30 people at the venue so please fill all the form fields with as much details as possible.

We expect the total cost of this along with the club contribution to be about 350-500 per head.

We will close registrations by Sunday(4th May) 6PM.

Before I spend time filling the form, I would like to know how would the 30 people be selected? Is it on a first-come-first-serve basis? Or, is it up to the discretion of the organisers like the star parties? Please always provide this clarity when hosting event and links to sign-up forms.
