I bought a Nexstar 8 SE and I am getting a no response 17 error code and I have read that it could’ve been due to the problem with the hand controller communicating with the motors. If any of you have nexstar remote, maybe I could try using that in my setup and decide whether to buy a new controller or send the product for repair.
